As a ticket holder of this event, you agree to the following: Xodus Carnival Company Ltd. is provided with no special warranty either expressed or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Founders, Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Sponsors, etc., of Xodus Carnival Company Ltd. assumes no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise. Entering this event is considered “at your own risk”. All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of Jamaica.

 

You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers of Xodus Carnival Company Ltd. for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.

 

Xodus Carnival Company Ltd. and external media partners also reserve the right to post any pictures taken during the event on its websites without the permission of each individual. (Discretion will be applied, where necessary). Xodus Carnival Company Ltd. reserves the right to exclude anyone from entering any of its events should they choose not to accept this Agreement or for any reason deemed fit. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY ENTERING THIS EVENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE ORGANIZERS.
