Xodus Carnival Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through xoduscarnival.com and our partners, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the site.
- Mailing list sign-ups: first name, last name, email, country and interest (Packages / Events / Both). Contact and media messages: name, email and the details you send. We store these on our servers and, when configured, also send mailing-list sign-ups to Mailchimp and contact messages to our email workflow.
- Registration and payment details are collected and processed by MasOS under its own privacy policy.
- Ticket purchases are processed by CaribTix under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics data via Google Tag Manager, including campaign (UTM) parameters, to understand how visitors find us.
How we use it
To deliver the services you request, send you collection reveals, Early Deposit Special reminders and event pre-sales you've opted into, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing xodus@xoduscarnival.com.
