Guidelines

• Accreditation is limited and reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply at least 14 days before the event you wish to cover.
• Approved media receive a press wristband, a media brief with call times and a designated shooting zone on the road.
• Content featuring masqueraders must respect the Xodus Media Code of Conduct, which is issued with your approval.
• Xodus reserves the right to request usage of selected images and video credited to the creator.
• Accreditation does not include costume, Truck Access, food or drinks unless stated in your approval.
